In the heart of Uganda, a dedicated food processor and wholesaler sought to expand their operations. With a mission to deliver quality processed foods to restaurants and retailers, they were on the lookout for a reliable solution to produce one of the world’s most beloved snacks – French fries. This is where Taizy’s small French fries plant came into play, transforming their aspirations into reality.<\/p>

Notre client ougandais, une \u00e9toile montante dans l'industrie de la transformation alimentaire, exploite une installation de taille moyenne qui traite une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019aliments. Leur objectif principal \u00e9tait d\u2019int\u00e9grer les frites dans leur gamme de produits, compte tenu de la demande croissante pour cet aliment de restauration rapide classique en Ouganda.<\/p>

Taizy’s dedicated team, backed by years of experience, provided a tailored solution. The small French fries plant<\/a><\/strong> included six essential machines designed for efficiency and quality control. The client’s production line featured:<\/p>

  1. Machine de lavage et d\u2019\u00e9pluchage des pommes de terre :<\/strong> Cette \u00e9tape cruciale a permis de s\u2019assurer que la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, les pommes de terre, soient propres et pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre trait\u00e9es.<\/li>
  2. Machine de d\u00e9coupe de pommes de terre :<\/strong> Une d\u00e9coupe pr\u00e9cise des pommes de terre dans la forme souhait\u00e9e pour les frites a \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9e, garantissant uniformit\u00e9 et coh\u00e9rence.<\/li>
  3. Machine de blanchiment :<\/strong> Cette machine a partiellement cuit les frites pour pr\u00e9server la couleur et \u00e9liminer les substances ind\u00e9sirables, garantissant une saveur et une apparence de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/li>
  4. D\u00e9shydrateur :<\/strong> L\u2019eau exc\u00e9dentaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9e des frites blanchies, une \u00e9tape essentielle avant la friture pour \u00e9viter les \u00e9claboussures d\u2019huile.<\/li>
  5. Friteuse profonde :<\/strong> La machine responsable d'obtenir cette texture dor\u00e9e et croustillante qui rend les frites irr\u00e9sistibles.<\/li>
  6. Machine de d\u00e9shuilage :<\/strong> After frying, excess oil was removed, enhancing the final product’s quality and shelf life.<\/li> <\/ol>

    The capacity of 200kg\/hour was chosen to meet the client’s current and anticipated demand. It also allowed for flexibility in production volumes.<\/p>
