France is one of the world’s largest potato-growing countries. Nous accorderons une grande importance au Programme de plantation de pommes de terre fran\u00e7aises, qui sera mis en \u0153uvre sur la base d\u2019un sol fertile et d\u2019un contr\u00f4le strict de la quarantaine des plants de haute qualit\u00e9. Les producteurs de pommes de terre fran\u00e7aises doivent disposer de suffisamment de terres pour la rotation des cultures afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les risques de ravageurs et de maladies. Nous devons \u00e9galement quarantainer les organismes nuisibles. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, nous collaborerons avec des entreprises n\u00e9erlandaises pour renforcer les partenariats.
