The operation video
Step one: potato washing and peeling machine
We usually use brush type potato washing and peeling machine. The brush rollers inside machine can fully peel the potatoes, and they won’t damage the potatoes. The washing time is around 5-6minutes. Besides, it also can clean other fruits and vegetables such as ginger,date and carrot etc.
During the operation, the water flows out from the rollers, and there is a container at the bottom of machine that can collect the flowing water. The potato peel will be discharged from other outlet.
Step two: potato cutter machine
This potato cutter machine is to cut potatoes into strips. The potatoes firstly are cut into slices, and then cut into strips. The size of potato strip is adjustable,which can be achieved by changing the gap between blades. Usually, most customer prefer to the size of 8*8mm and 9*9mm, and its range is 6*6mm to max 15*15mm. By the way, the blades are vulnerable spare parts, i strongly recommend you to buy extra blades.

Step three: blanching machine
The blanching machine is to remove the starch of the potato strips so as that the final french fries bear bright color and better taste. The heating mode of it includes electric heating and gas heating, and you can choose any one on the basis of your situation. The blanching temperature is 80-100℃. It has automatic temperature control system, and the temperature is adjustable.
Step four: dewatering machine
Why should i use dewatering machine? Can i directly put the blanched potato strips into frying machine? Absolutely no, dewatering machine is a necessary step, for the the oil will splash everywhere when it comes into contact with water. If you directly place the potato strips with water into frying machine, it will endangers the safety of the operator. The dewatering time is 1-2minute. It uses the principle of centrifugation, and the there is no water on the surface of potato strips after using this machine.
Step five: frying machine
The frying is an important step in the french fries production line. The frying temperature of 160-180℃, and the potato strips need to be fries for 40-60s. This frying machine bears high quality compared with other machine in the market. There are 3 heating tube in each oil tank, and each of them can work independently. By the way, the blanching machine and frying machine are same. You can just buy one if you want to save cost, while it increases the labor force. What you should note is that the fires French fires at this time still can not be eaten.
Step six:deoilng machine
After frying, you should use deoiling machine to remove the much oil on the surface of fried potato strips. Deoiling machine is as same as dewatering machine.
Step seven:Quick freezer machine
Quick freezer machine is to freeze the fried French fries so as that they won’t stick each other when packing. The freezing time is 20-30minuts, and the minimum temperature is -45℃. The French fries we usually eat at McDonald’s are fried again out of the freezer machine.
Step eight:vacuum packing machine
Vacuum packing machine can pack the French fries into bags. Why the French fries needs to be packed? Firstly, after packing, it is easy to transport. Secondly, vacuum packing can maintain the taste of French fries, avoiding him spoiling in a short time.
